Red Lake, MN? I've only visited the area, but always had the impression that it was very tough territory. (Some of the Indian gangs on the reservation make the Bloods and Crips look like wimps from what I hear.)

I worked there for 3 or 4 days back in 2002, and it didn't seem like any kind of rough area. Obviously, working there for 4 days doesn't exactly mean I'm an expert on the town. You being a Minnesotan (and me not) I'll defer to your view on it.
