Of course, the real problem is that, for all of its bluster, Congress simply punted the matter to the judiciary. The fact that the judiciary may not be on the same playbook as the House/Senate GOP was always a real possibility.

May not be? MAY NOT?

Evert Federal judge in the country knows that Stevens, Souter, Ginsburg, Kennedy and Breyer would pull Terri's tube out with their own hands.

You can be sure that any Federal judge will rule accordingly.

Her only hope was executive action. Congress was a sideshow.
