Way to jump to conclusions, make unfounded accusations, defame someone, and misstate the law all in one post. Congratulations.
She (the judge) fully intends to murder Terri. If she were anything other than prejudicial, she would have allowed Terri to be fed while she analyzed the case. The judge's refusal to allow Terri to live shows that Terri will be murdered.
FYI, murder is defined as the taking of one human life by another, without justification or excuse.
The article states "Armed with a new law passed by Congress (her) lawyer pleaded with the judge . . "
I know President Bush has made his feelings clear on this issue.
?
I'm going to see if I can get some news. Too much heat, too little light here now.
When you see no urgency from the judge, when the judge does not instruct the feeding tube to be reinserted, when the judge stretches the court case out. It's not much a leap in logic to infer where his judgment may lie.
The judge's go-slow attitude speaks volumes.
Clinton judges are death judges (for the innocent and defenseless).
