I don't recommend promiscuity or condone it, but I won't condemn someone for a mistake in judgement of this sort.

I don't really know what that means. The behavior is wrong, and harmful, and dangerous. If wrong, harmful, and dangerous behavior doesn't deserve condemnation, what kind of behavior does?

Only God has the right to condemn people, but all of us are supposed to have the moral discernment to condemn evil behavior.

Perhaps I was (and am) parsing words, but I did say I would not condemn the person. That was the intent of my comment.
