I don't think that's part of Ford anymore - it's Rouge Steel. The update wasn't specific which plant was affected (or I may have missed it).

I njust checked another news site. Explosion was at Severstal company-Formerly Ford Rouge Steel.
Pretty dangerous place to work. This place is the definition of Heavy Industry.

Rouge Steel was just a part of Rouge Plant complex.
They still build cars there.
