I think the ones closer to the explosion evacuated too.
I hope they let them go home to change their shorts...

Free Market Taliban. Will not rest until the world drinks Coke. Known to build Wal-Marts on religiously-significant sites.

You play the race card quicker than Jesse Jackson. Are you Al Sharpton, by any chance?Let me get this straight...
1) There is an explosion at an auto plant.
2) Someone posts the following statement. Wonder if their forced "Diversity" program played a role in this?
3) My assuming that this may be a racially motivated statement equates me with Jesse Jackass and Al notsoSharpton?
Dude/Dudette, get a grip.

FYI, The following is an excerpt from a NY Times article, I am also pasting a link(That you will have to cut and paste, don't want any unintended traffic headed their way) about Ford Motor Companies Islamic "Diversity" program.
Ford Motor Workers Get on the Job Training in Religious Tolerance
by Danny Hakim
NOVEMBER 15, 2001 - NEW YORK TIMES EARBORN, Mich., Nov. 15 The Christians asked about fatwas, divine revelation and the promise of paradise for terrorists, while the Muslims listened. Both groups wore sport coats, work shirts or lab coats, and a few women came with heads covered. But they all carried the same storied emblem on their ID cards, the blue oval encircling the scripted Ford.
Several hundred Ford Motor (news/quote) workers of many faiths and jobs engineers, designers, computer jockeys, plant foremen turned out today for "An Islamic perspective on the events of Sept. 11." The event was sponsored by Ford, the nation's second-largest automaker and a company in a unique position since Sept. 11.(excerpted>

Since racism isn't tolerated on FR, why would you assume that a poster who has been here for 3 1/2 years was making a racist comment. I would also note, that when given the opportunity to deny you were Al Sharpton, you were careful not to do so.

I would also note, that when given the opportunity to deny you were Al Sharpton, you were careful not to do so. The statement implies that minorities are unable to do jobs that the majority (whites) do every day. By making such an implication it is a racist statement.
