He IS trying to run out the clock. By that time Terri will have been dehydrated and starved for over 3 whole days.

Congress and President Bush got to it on Palm Sunday, but the judge can't get to it, until 3 pm Monday (he got it before 5 am today, I think I read somewhere).

Then there will be arguments in the court, he will review the case for another couple of days....

Democrats -- defenders of terrorists and murderers of innocents.

This judge is demented. He must get a joy out of someone suffering, no doubt hopes she will die or be permanently damaged.

A compassionate person would put the tube IN immediately and then REVIEW.

I just heard he could have had the tube reconnected immediately....but has chosen not to..and instead will wait for this 3pm conference with other attorneys.

Just be patient today. I am a paralegal and very impressed he has already reviewed the pleadings and scheduled the hearing for today. We have no idea if he has another case this morning or what is going on in his office. That he worked this hearing in today is very hopeful (I hope).
