I am not a lawyer, so does this mean the court will wait to order the replacement of the tube until it decides whether or not to look at the case again? A "Yes, I will" or "No, I won't" decision on just looking at the case shouldn't take too long, would it? Usually, how long does it take to make that decision?
Fox just announced there will be a 3 p.m. hearing on the injunction. He's called the lawyers to his office then to decide.
By waiting that long and not immediately ordering the feeding of Terri to resume, I fear that this Judge has tipped his hand. It doesn't look good, IMO.
