I wonder if Justice Kennedy's respect for "world opinion" on the juvenile death penalty will have any bearing on this Clinton appointed judge when he considers the country's opinion of the Schiavo case. After all, judges are now are legislators.
Why didn't we just pass a bill stating you can't pull a feeding tube if there is disagreement among the victim's immediate next of kin?

You silly... OUR country's opinion doesn't have have bearing...
Why not a bill saying you can't pull food and water from someone who wouldn't die soon anyway? Irregardless of what the family says.
