I still believe that this is very unlikely to save Terri's life. It might not even get a temporary reinsertion of a feeding tube.
The temporary reinsertion of the feeding tube is a given now under the circumstances. They'll wake up some judge and the judge will allow the tube. It's just a matter of time, and hopefully not too much time! The impending investigation will be veeeeeery interesting!
Stop being pessimistic and hope and pray for our Terri.
Alleluya! God is good.
This is my fear. Everyone will have to work late into the night like congress did today and that is unlikely. This case has many stops. I hope just with its passage it is enough to have her feeding tube put back in but I don't know that it is.
Has any talking heard on tv weighed in on this yet?
It's not a Bill of Attainder. It does not find her guilty of anything nor punish her. It's no different than any other legislation directed at a single person -- for instance the awarding of a Congressional Medal of Honor.
What specifically about it makes you think it is unconstitutional?
