Steven Becker, Michael Martin (survivor), and Robert Wendland. Three more I just remembered.
Also the guy in UK. Tony Bland.

The House did. The Senate wouldn't. The two houses compromised. This is what they came up with. They had to move fast, because Terri was starving.

It is more than enough.
Thank you for coming back on the side of life and for Terri.

"There are no doubt some of no religion who might embrace the culture of life."
I'm one of them. It's fine by me if people see their personal god as having a hand in this but it's not about god, or a religious victory.
I believe that however one comes to supporting a philosophy of life over one that seems to be in a headlong race to the edge of the cliff, it's fine. But this is about control of one's own life in a legal framework, not a religious one. And there's no need to alienate non-believers in a fight that isn't about personal religious differences but about a policy of life that should bind us all, whatever our individual interests.

Wrong as usual Hank. You've been peddling the same line all day. Sorry to have to tell you, that dog won't hunt. Life trumps any silly libertarian theory.

IOW, if this fails, it probably is the end of the road unless an army of citizens decide to walk down there and steal her or something.

To repeat: George W.Bush - President for Life! To which the only appropriate response would be: Thank God for the Constitution which explicitly prohibits such tyrannical crap, engendered by the fevers of those who benefit by government intrusion.
