Here's the odd part though.. Gibbs filed a CIVIL suit naming the 3 stooges there... but Cohen, Greer's lawyer, is a major CRIMINAL defense lawyer... hmmmmm
I heard, not sure if it's true, that the attorney representing Greer is ALSO representing Hospice? Hospice may be first looked at for criminal activities.....then HINO. I'm still praying hard that Greer will be, as well, but he may not be because that's unusual....you know, it would be a judge against another judge....they don't do those things with judges very often.....plus, judges have shields of protection from things within their discretion, etc....I'm afraid they'll (other judges) will find a way for him to weasel out of criminal charges for his orders in this case. OTOH, if other things can stick on him.....
