Oh, thats right!!!! I forgot that Gibbs petition for the injunction also included restraining orders against Greer, Felos, and HINO!!!

I haven't read the petition....but I heard that Greer and Hospice were also named Defendants...which means, they are entitled to legal representation in court. As, I think, Starwise earlier pointed out, Greer, a judge, gets a lawyer but refused to allow one for Terri, who cannot speak for herself.
In that case it's really incomprehensible that Gov. Bush has not taken Terri into protective custody. If they are all named as defendants, she should be removed from their reach completely, especially when it is obvious and public that they are putting her to death. If there has been any "irregularity" (can hardly believe I'm putting this into words)---which the federal court is asked to determine---that has an end result of death, it behooves the Governor to protect her from any further violation of her rights, and from any further consequences of the previous wrongs.
