People can't sit, can't eat, can't sleep. I hope the Eleventh Circuit is reading faster than Judge Whittemore in Tampa is.
I thought the Eleventh Circuit (which is the most conservative in the nation, I think) was already willing to sign the documents to restore feeding, but evidently I am wrong about that too.
I wonder why Congress didn't put this in, say, the Southern District of Alabama and get it entirely out of FL. Now that would have really been effective.
