I volunteer for our local Hospice. In over 16 years and thousands of dying patients we have NEVER done anything like what is happening to Terri! NEVER have we starved anyone to death. We do everything that we can to see that the dying patient has every need taken care of to the best of our ability!

I do not doubt that there are some good hospices run by good people, but I also suspect strongly that there are many that are set up with evil financial motives--even (or in some cases especially!) the "non-profits".

Our is a "non-profit" and I can assure you that it is run honestly and openly. We have it audited by the government just like EVERY hospice is suppose to do. I have given not only financially, but my time and most of all my heart. We have NEVER had ONE complaint. Not one!
