That would be on the attempted strangulation from the night she collapsed...however, they said that bone scans years later showed some alarming fractures etc...and that is supsicious...that is what I would try and have investigated...remember Schiavo had records sealed and wouldn't let the parents see them...which is why they need to get rid of MS as guardian. If they are guardian they will get access to all of it.
