You are half right. Dr. Hammesfahr was nominated, my mistake. However, when you say: "You can submit ANYONE for a Nobel prize" it makes light of Dr. Hammesfahr's credentials. It's misleading.

Dr. William Hammesfahr is an internationally recognized expert on cases of brain-injured patients. He has been identified in helping patients with chronic brain injuries from many causes actually leave long term disability, and return to work.

No. I know who Hammesfahr is and know his credentials. However, you can nominate anyone. Unless the nominating committee considers it....pfffft. And he was only submitted. Actually it was by Bilikaris who was co-sponsor of the bill being used to kill Terri.

That does not mean Hammesfahr isn't an excellent doctor.
