Well, i hope he makes a decisions pretty quickly one way or the other and how do we know that Atlanta would insert the feeinding tube if it is appealed to them? And why? And how fast would it take for the appeals court in Atlanta to issue the ruling? Hopefully a lot faster than this crazy judge today! I can't believe he is taking his time like this. Has he no sense?

Well, several of us think he is doing it on purpose because it looks that way. We will change our mind if he changes. All I know is that insiders seem to think Atlanta has judges that would handle this. They told some FReeper on the phone at a congressman's office that six judges in Atlanta stood by in the middle of last night to receive the case and act quickly on the emergency aspect, in case the first Federal judge made a quick, adverse, appealable ruling. That is all i remember. But this judge's stalling has prevented all of them.
