fv says in her opinion he is stalling for time. I think she took that and the rest of his stuff with a grain of salt. she wishes oh how she wishes terri would be taken into protective custody. He could be sending mixed signals, to confuse everyone on both sides, but especially Gibbs, the FL Senate, Jeb and the President...hinting at a false hope while stalling and stalling. That way perhaps nobody else will do anything to save Terri because they look for a ray of hope in something like that which the judge asked.
That is entirely possible. I know Freeper lawyers on another thread have no faith in him since any of his rulings aren't to be based on past testimony or evidence. This is all supposed to be De Novo. And he made that statement to Gibbs based on old evidence.
what did you hear that the Judge said and did you hear it from someone that was present when the conversation took place?
