That's what I was thinking.
In fact, last week the Florida legislature stopped a new version of Terri's Law because the Federal Gov, intervened with their own action.
At the very least, someone somewhere should be able to get something moving to get the tube in.
The way Section 2 Procedures is written. The Federal Judge must do something immediately, not waiting. Someone needs to explain it to him.
Has anyone thought about calling the new judge (besides me)?
I talked to an answer machine, and left my name and ph # & message to please rehydrate Terri while he examined to case.
I don't expect them to call back.
I don't know about trying to contact judges.
We have to see what Judge Whittemore does.
