It will take acts of men to carry out God's will if indeed it is his will that she survive. Someone like Jeb or the President to stop this dehydration before it goes too far, even risking a shootout if the locals don't defer to a federal force, if one were sent. I am very weary of being told that I am foreclosing on God when I analyze the immediate situation. I am not. I take what is in front of me and respond to that.
