Everyone stop! This is at least a positive sign that he did not dismiss this summarily!

Judge Whitmore is known inside the court as a very nice person. He was a former public defender so maybe he'll have the typical bleeding heart of one and rule compassionately.

Nope. Nothing compassionate about it. By morning she is going to be seriously at risk for death.

This judge knows if he denies it they will go to Atlanta and get the tube put in. So he is stalling to keep her from being fed/hydrated again.

If he'd dismissed it they could have gone to the Atlanta judge immediately. This way they can do NOTHING. This is evil, evil, evil.

nice people don't let others starve to death.. he's toying with the Schindlers as a cat toys with a mouse.. bleeding hearts only seem to bleed for murderers and rapists..
