Regardless of whether he's telling the truth, I refuse to accept that the statement of one person, so unquestionably biased, can be the basis to put another human being to death.

BINGO! You have hit the nail on the head. This is the critical mistake that Greer made. All else hinges on it. No one seems to be able to correct this mistake within the Florida judicial system.
