I just wanted to thank you for your comments. There are many point of views. Wow! Some have commented that this thread came from the Philly paper. So I went to Find Law and here is the link.

I have no doubt someone will find something wrong with this site but I am still going to toss it out there for those who would like to learn more.

Not much to know about this case. The judge made an error in accepting hearsay about Terri's wishes. Correct that one mistake and we would never have heard of Terri.
