I feel certain his actions will be scrutinized in civil lawsuits, at the least. His motive for withholdling treatment and now trying to kill Terri is simply to avoid srutiny of his past actions. Those actions are off-the-chart in their degree of bad faith, and their incompatibility with his role as Terri's guardian.

In the beginning, they say, Schiavo was relentless in his search for his wife's cure. She underwent various therapies.
