Actually that's so Clintonian in its elegance. Whatever "..... by people who don't know me....". It's right up there with "I did not have sex with that woman....."

If Schiavo is an honest and honorable man, why has he not divorced Terry, leaving her in the care of her family, so that he can be a married husband of his girlfriend and a married father to his children? Why does no one ask this question. If he had just divorced Terry, he could have been married to the new honey long since. It seems he doesn't really care a whole lot about the new family, either. The only explanations I can see are money and/or a necessary cover-up of certain of his actions regarding Terry.

There are several documented lies in this post..especially about him letting her have therapy.. as soon as he got the money he was supposed to use on her therapy, he stopped ALL tests and therapy and started trying paying Felos to help kill her. Fact: He has kept her inside, away from sunlight for years. Fact: he has never replaced her broken wheelchair. Fact: He has taken away family pictures, flowers, and music. Fact: He didn't "remember" what Terri said to him about wanting to die until after he got his money and after he was with his current concubine.
Why the rush to murder?

I really wouldn't care if she actually did want to be starved to death. Nobody has a right to commit suicide. Starvation is not a natural cause of death.

What Michael? You don't want her to enjoy fresh sunshine or receive rehabilitation so she can relearn how to speak? Oh, and when she dies, you want her cremated IMMEDIATELY! Gee, I wonder why?

And the shindlers aren't receiving violent threats of their own?...pls this article is nothing but a lame attempt to to make some creep seem less creepier and frankly I'm not buying it.

It's more embarrassing to see Freepers calling for an innocent woman's death! It's more embarrassing to see Freepers sticking up for a documented adulterer! It's more embarrassing to see Freepers wanting to do something to an innocent woman most of them wouldn't do to a dog.

You left out the part about the incident with the insulin needle.

You know, it's embarassing to see Freepers calling somebody a murderer with absolutely no proof.

Yes, just like calling someone a hero with no proof.

I agree. It chills me to the bone that her "husband" is being allowed to kill her by a method, if done to an animal, would be a felony.

Absolutely sickening.

Sorry, you're wrong when it comes to long cut. His problem is not curable.

Oh the question is asked, I think, but it's irrelevant. She's dead according to the Law but alive enough to still kill, and lo and behold it's her 'dutiful' husband who gets to starve her, and more than that, the law calls it a gift. Yes, he's William Wallace and Biff Loehman, all rolled into one.

I think there is a lot of strong emotion here, for pretty good reason.

Many look at MS as being an Adulterer...which he is. My neighbor's cousin went into a coma many years back. He was told by the Docs (all good people) that there was "no hope whatsoever". There are a lot of things that make me wonder about MS, and they give me the creeps.

Over 7 1/4 years, he never strayed--never sought the company of a woman when many (myself not included) really though he was "entitled".

The fruit of that came one night when he received a phonecall at 3 AM---

She had woken up.

They have NO IDEA what caused it. She wasn't in perfect shape thereafter--she still has a problem walking without help. But, she's ALIVE!

Will that happen with Terri? I haven't a clue. BUT, what she never got that my neighbor's wife did was non-stop therapy-any and all things that MIGHT have made the difference in the end.

He's not technically a murderer, he has hired the hospice house to do his dirty deed. Conspirator perhaps.

This is BS.

I agree. The sanctimony is hitting the treacle stage.
