Her husband has been an incredibly brave person in this whole terrible ordeal that I hope nobody is ever faced with.

Actually, I don't think he's been very brave. He only came forward with his claim that she wanted to die nine years after her accident. Moreover, he is now living with a woman with whom he has had two children out of wedlock.

Will got it wrong because it is not just the husband making a decision. It is the husband who has virtually and literally abandoned his wife to continue his life with a new family.

At common law a man who has started a new life with a woman and has a new family by any strech of the imagination has abandoned his wife. But for the fact FL has abandoned common law in 1974, we would be aruguing abandondment.
