The issue if you had read it, and thought about what I wrote, is not about Congress acting BUT ABOUT CONGRESS' INACTION ON AN EQUALLY, IF NOT GREATER ISSUE TO THIS COUNTRY. And the issue is NOT knee-jerk or ABUSIVE. It is factual.
