I read on Drudge that we need a 2/3 vote of those present to pass the bill because rules have been susepended. If that's so, (1) how many House members are present and (2) how many of the Republicans are there?
My guy is a Dem., but he's also a Pro-Life, Quadrapalegic.

No -- they need a quorum, 2/3 of all the members must be present to conduct business. Then it's a simple majority.
