It looks empty to me. But the Vote will not be until after midnight. They love doing this and acting as if they care what will happen to our citizens who are ill.
If the Republicans got enough guys in,it should be Okay I doubt the Rats are rushing back to Washington.
They don't vote until 12:01. Some may still be getting into town, others are probably in their offices preparing.
But yes, I would feel more comfortable seeing a crowded chamber.
