Please cite which of the several studies on the Florida election support the concept that Gore would have won if the count had continued.
I thought the miami herald and the other MSM studies concluded all six potential methods left Bush winning by various margines. I think at least one fo the formulas included military ballots which were specifically excluded by FL.
