I could put *anything* on my page and most people would tend to believe it true, simply because FReepers are, as a rule, honest.

I came to the internet via a WebTV nearly 9 years ago.
The old adage "on the internet, nobody knows you're a dog" is *so* true.
I've learned that the hard way.

Thanks for the heads up - I didn't realize that there had been trolls around that long. I think you're right about most FReepers being honest and about the internet!
