Federal courts pride themselves on not being the bordello of state trial courts.
Those were federalism issues. The federal courts are famous for trampling on federalism. This is a separation of powers issue. The Judicial Oligarchy at all levels will be loathe to surrender any of their absolute power to the other two vestigial appendages of government.

actually my perspective is more from viewing of snobbery of those who frequent state vs federal courts.
It would be similar to those who do misdemenor cases vs capital felonies.
