Someone please explain to me: if the legislation passes and the Schindlers are permitted to bring the case before a federal judge, what is to prevent the judge from making the same kind of idiotic determination that Judge Greer made? This is no guarantee that Terri will be saved--is it? Am I missing something or am I right that the celebrating is premature

No you are right but it is a victory in a larger war and we should celebrate it as such.

Procedure would require a review. A review would require the maintaining FOOD and WATER.

Now the is is one of time. A fedeal judge could say no, and then it is bumped to the 11th where they can then order the food.

The fox reporterette Kurts described it as a one person bill (d talking point). This is not criminal law this is civil law. There are MANY one person civil bills.
