With Michael Schiavo suffering from self-inflicted PSB (Persistant State of Bigamy), doesn't he lose some level of competence to be the sole arbter of her fate? Why does nobody address this issue?
Common sense tells you that if you abandon your family, your right to decide life or death issues for them is certainly eroded.
