I like the fact that the Rats are split themselves 46-Yea to 53-Nay. Most of the speakers were African American in the debate [I had to listen -- modem]. The Congressional Black Caucus is probably 1/2 to 2/3 of the Nays along with Barney Frank and some very liberal Dems...
