Thank you old FRiend; and I mean that - we diasgree a lot, but good on you to answer.

To your response, I say, the rule of law is being observed in toto here. Congress is indeed acting under Constitutional authority to determine jurisdiction of federal courts.

That is what this is about.

Congress is indeed acting under Constitutional authority to determine jurisdiction of federal courts.

Congress will not have the final say. It is likely that the USSC, which has already ruled on this matter once, will determine that Congress does not have the authority to overrule Florida courts.
