I am just coming from a view that nobody can give a case of someone coming out of such a state after a couple of years let alone 15+. It's late on the east coast and I'm going to bed so sorry if I don't get back to any replies you might get send to me.

That is not true, several of us have posted articles about those who have recovered from diagnosed PVS. I cited Sarah Scantlin. You need to hit to your "view replies" under your post and read them.
