This case has been heard again and again and again throught the court system. What I will say is that many friends and colleagues who are republican and/or conservative do not support dragging this case on and on and on. Judge Greer was re-elected with 65% of the votes in his jurisdiction - right where I live. This was after his opponents attacked him viciously regarding Terri's case. He still won. That's a good indication of how the people local to the case feel about it and after living with it for the last 10 years.

I live here too. There was all negative info (as there is now) about the Schindlers and Terris condition. Greer has lots of bad money behind him, including the likes of Felos (Mr. Hemlock Society himself) Many donations were given to him. Huge billboards and newpaper ads. People do not put much interest in judges, they are more concerned about the amendments, etc. and usually vote with their eyes closed.So I dont want to hear that crap.
And he like a neat solution to mental defectives too.
I wouldnt be proud of that if I were you....
