What if old Rover's master is dead, shouldn't the devoted canine be able to express what might have been his electoral wishes? Can't you see that Rover's vote and that of his dead master are needed to keep evil Republicans from power? It's for the children. The Dead and The Dogs are important Democrat constituencies, whom the Republicans in their typical uncaring way, have too long ignored.
You obviously do not appreciate living in Missouri (Relax. It could be worse. You might be living in Philadelphia, where voter turnout is always close to, or even over, 100%.)
