All of the 'apply' buttons are below the ability for me to drag up the page. If I drag the settings page all the way up, it is not far enough for me to even see the apply button.

As I type this reply, I have to use the horizontal scroll to preview what I've written ... that's how large all of this is.

Then maybe you need to set the resolution higher, that shrinks things.

If you re-start in "Safe mode" the vid. drivers, etc won't be called & pages should be of smaller size.
Re boot & hold down F8 key

Ah, I see what you mean. Point to the navy blue bar at the very top of your screen (or at the top of the properties bar). Point and left-click on it, then drag it to where you want it. Then you'll be able to reach the apply buttons. Hope that makes sense.
