This "news" article "forgot" to mention the Democrats are delaying the bill until Monday.

Translation: This battle just escalated.
Godspeed, Mr. President and those who value the sanctity of life.
Normally, I want all Feds to have less power. In this case, the State of Florida has failed to protect its citizen and it is now time to go to the mat. This is a shot across the bow of all activist judges.

Does this mean that a special session will called of 12:01 am?

shouldn't we be worried about protecting a couple of caribou in ANWR and not some innocent woman? /sarcasm off/

I was kinda wondering about something along the same line.
Could the President sign an Executive Order to override the judge's decision??
Would it be legal?

Terri must be removed from that place NOW or she will surely die.. Signing a piece of paper won't save her.. placing her in protective custody immediately will. The president has the power to do this.

Is the man who ordered the removal of the feeding tube still married to Terri? If not, does he have power of life or death of his former wife. If he is still married to Terri, but has had 2 children with another woman, doesn't that make him an adulterer and no longer have the power of death over his estranged wife?

I heard on Fox News that the bill will be voted in by "unanimous consent" at 5pm today. So either the Dems have capitulated, or they're about to double cross the Pubbies again. I hope the Pubbies are prepared if it's the latter.

I can't believe that Hill1ary wants to have a vote on this. I wonder how much of the obstruction is due to her.

At the very least, it should have been enough to pull his guardianship. Furthermore, the guy has enriched his bank account over his wife's predicament.
