There are lots of people who do not differentiate between a professional nurse, as in R.N., and a nurse's aide. Might have been an aide looking for some media attention. Believe me, Terri S. cannot swallow - if she could, there would be no need for a gastric tube to pump formula into her.

And some of us are still waiting to see verification that the story is true, that the "supposed deposition" recorded in some place of official standing.

Don't hold your breath.

Were it me, I think I'd go with the observations of several doctors trained in their field of expertise over an RN......not that RN's aren't professionals too.
