That's why Congress has been inserted into the equation because people are quick to pin some vitriol and outrageous unsubstantiated accusations on Micheal (typically called slander) and try to twist the court's decisions in their favor. I guess if Judge Greer is a murderer, that makes Antonin Scalia (many FReepers hope he's the next USSC Justice) one too, since he agrees with Greer's interpretation of Florida law.
