During which lawsuit he promised to care for her until the day HE DIED. He did not bring up her wish to have her life terminated until after he got the settlement.

Usually people bring it up in the Emergency room, or ICU when someone has had a devastating brain insult.

He brought it up when all the testimony in the malpractice case said she had little or no hope for recovery. That is the appropriate time to bring it up. This was not a DNR.

That's not true.

My stepsister was brain dead for 11 days. My stepdad said nothing to anyone until he felt they had tried everything.

After 11 days he said she wouldn't want to live like this and she was allowed to pass away.
