This is nothing more than a move to cut the real Mrs. Shiavo out of any retirement , pension or social security she may be entitled to should anything happen to her husband. You could call it the right of the girl friend to go after what she considers her benefits. There is no way a live in will take the legal "Mrs" benefits if something happens to the "Mr"

This is about money. They want her out of the way.

I hope you don't actually beleive that. It might be about money or about wanting her out of the way, but I seriously doubt anybody is going to all this trouble for retirement or SS $$.
