To: Cold Heat

Cold, is there any evidence whatsoever that it would be her wish to die?

If not, how can you support her death? Because, unless there is actual evidence, not just the claim of an adulterous husband, shouldn't the presumption be LIFE?

They had testimony from friends and relatives in addition to his.

The court could not rule any other way. The testimony held up under every attempt to impeach it.
