I don't doubt that. A guardian appointed by the court is required to file annual financial statements. A simple review of the required statements would appropriatly settle that issue.

Michael, with Judge Greers blessing, hasn't been required to file anything.

Gosh, the only problem with that is that Michael hasn't filed any guardianship papers as per FL state statutes in a very long time.
