Greer could still issue another order removing the feeding tube, even after Congress passes the bill and the President signs it. We're still in for a bumpy ride.

Somebody needs to be finding a way to tie that arrogant b*stard's hands and decisively have anybody with ties to the Florida death brigade severed from this case. In addition, the plan needs to include removal of Schiavo as guardian, based on adultery, conflict of interests and failing to cmply with the statutes regarding guardianship in the state of Florida.

Agreed but a federal law does create a federal issue and the mechanism needed to appeal up the federal court system. That will allow a federal court to grant a temporary restraining order.

If Greer & Co. ignore both a federal restraining order and a federal suponea then they will be dealt with.
