If its still in Greer's court and he orders the tubes removed before federal review what happens then? This is crazy.

If he does so, I imagine he would be in contempt of Congress, and I would like to see Greer arrested and jailed if he re-removed the tube.

What is the process of federal review? What if they get a federal judge they don't like or what if a federal court says the same thing as the Supreme Court of Florida?
